Cassandra has had the privilege of being a physical therapist for over 25 years. She received her master's degree in physical therapy at University of Maryland Baltimore in 1997 and her doctorate in physical therapy in 2005.  Cassandra worked in a variety of settings before opening Gambrill's Physical Therapy in 2005.  Cassandra is a physical therapist specializing in Vestibular Rehabilitation which Includes treatment of head and neck disorders such as vertigo, concussions, whiplash, dizziness and headaches. She holds her clinical competency certificate for Vestibular Rehab. Cassandra is also an adjunct faculty member at University of Maryland PTRS, teaching neuromuscular assessment and treatments in physical therapy.  In her spare time, Cassandra is an avid runner, enjoys the outdoors, gardening and spending time with her husband, three sons and daughter.
